The Hamilton County Tobacco-Free Partnership is a group of individuals and organizations in Hamilton County, Ohio dedicated to eliminating tobacco use and its burden. The partnership's main objective is to sustain the efforts of the partnership and its participating members to achieve a tobacco-free Hamilton County.

Vision
External Vision: People live longer, healthier lives in a tobacco-free environment.

Internal Vision: The Hamilton County Tobacco-Free Partnership will be the most effective and efficient coalition to achieve the members' shared vision of a tobacco-free community.

Mission: The partnership serves its members through communications, advocacy, technical assistance and resource management for optimal effectiveness that results in a sustainable community effort to become tobacco-free.
